Article: Chocolate In Your Preworkout

Cool study I just started eating a few m&m's post work a few weeks ago cant say wether its doing anything but it takes care of my sweet tooth since ive been trying to lose weight for the past year and a hafe and havent eaten any sweets hardly

Rubbish. You don't want to have anything pre workout. If you eat before you train then all the blood is in your stomach trying to digest your food when you really need it in your muscles. Or its in your muscles and your food is just sat there not getting digested. Whenever I ate pre I use to gip, now that I train fasted I have better sessions and don't puke.

Train fasted and use fat as fuel.

Preworkout doesn't mean work out instantly after eating. It can be a couple hours pre and be adequately digested. I like 60 minutes personally.

Training fasted has its fat burning benefits for some, but for strength/growth purposes, many don't fair well lifting on an empty stomach.

Its because these people are brainwashed into thinking that you need to have some food in you in order to train. They think "how Am I going to have the energy to train hard" I train for strength and train very hard while putting on size and keeping my body fat down. I actually am more focused while training fasted.

I understand how people do it. Otherwise what's his face couldn't have swam the English channel. He lost like 15 pounds doing it.

I just find better energy from eating before I train just like many others. Plus, when I'm gaining size and strength I am never really on an empty stomach being as I work out pm and eat basically all damn day. Everyone is different

lol' u think eating 4oz of chocolate is going to jeopardize blood flow to your muscles? That's like saying drinking whey before work out would do the same thing' chocolate it melts at such a low temperure' nothing bad would happen' I use to eat 4 Oreo cookies on the way to the gym gave me great workouts and had great pumps! Rubbish
