Article: Cardio for Strong People

Nonsense. If you think you're strong but you're not fit enough to do proper cardio then you're not really very strong. I do fasted cardio every morning 5 days a week and have since last June. Since that time my output has increased by 50%. My weight training has also increased; I'm squatting & deadlifting 50 lb more. Oh no wait, I forgot, all that cardio has hurt my gains! Yeah right. Long story short, don't be a pu**y. Fitness is fitness, whether you're moving weight or hauling shell it's all the same. Busting your ass is what gets results, not tip toeing around being scared to work hard because it's going to 'hurt your gains'.

This is ignorance talking.

This article is pointless!! There is little truth in it.

Yes im sure hormones in the body are affected by different types of training, but as the article clearly states "The human body is the finest piece of biomechanical engineering this world has ever seen". Im pretty sure doing proper cardio wont mess it up too much lol.

Working hard in both weight training and cardio is a good thing. No need to do pitiful, self proclaimed "gains saving" techniques.

If you really think you might damage your progress then do cardio at a different time of day than weight training, and make sure your nutrition is really good. Your body will adapt easily.

Exactly, I've seen the hardcore "lifters" who refuse to do cardio cuz they're "bulking up" and they look like fat, overweight turds. they think 20 min of cardio 3x a week will turn them into a marathon runner. these are the guys with bigorexia usually that cant admit they're fat. you can catch them walking around locker rooms sucking in their stomachs as hard as they can.

Turd nation is like the rallying ground for these fat asses
