Ahhhh, the idiot author forgot to mention another reason: All the medical magic (e.g. gh, clen, var, epi) that they use to keep them trim and vascular. Seriously, if you think all that stuff isn't a big reason for their physique then you living in LaLa land.
 
The medical magic indeed has a LOT to do with the finished product. Don't forget about the GH and Tren too, as those two will get you big and ripped.

But there is no getting ripped without a solid diet. Period. Take it from someone who is currently employing the medical magic, but eating like crap these days. But that's all about to change come April. Like last year I will go sugar free and gluten free for April May and June, and once again will have abs, striations, and quad veins!

Couldn't agree more with you mate. Every author "conveniently" forgets the roid part. Except for those who tell it like it is.
 
I agree with you that diet is important. In my younger days, you would find me on stuff like Clen, Var, and Epi. Without those, I don't think I could get the same ripped physique that I did get, even though my diet was pretty good. I too could tell that if I was trying to get ripped, without the diet part it wouldn't be as effective. However, the body builders these days take so many things and at such high doses that even if they have 2-3 cheat meals/week, they'll burn right through it. GH at higher doses (+6 IU/day) works wonders!
