All of these exercises build core (total-body) strength, conditioning and coordination. After all, you may be strong, but if you can't proprioceptively coordinate movements as effectively as possible you will never reach your full potential as a lifter. I once read, that the BEST exercise is the one you're NOT doing ... This workout may not be one to adopt as a mainstay in your routine, but I bet it's a great alternative to cardio, or rather it'd be a great 'muscle-building' cardio sesh.
