Article: Breaking Your Limits

Its never as simple as picking stuff up and putting it down, is it?

Some of the training that is in his article ... you have to sit back and ask your self what is your goal size , bodybuilding , power lifting , strong man what ?? I am a strength athlete and i am familiar with the training but i still don't like to do singles for sets is ok for a short period of time but strength training is more than singles , Power is more than execute the singles is complicated and you have to know your body ,some people just not cut for that training no matter what!!
 
I completely agree... I've been messing around in the gym for years and I STILL haven't figured my body out...


Ty the same with me i always a work in process . Some of the articles i get irritated because some of the training it seems is coming from and for people that first are juiced and some of the training is just that... something to read and move on to the next article.
