Decent article however, we still need to have fun and give it a FULL rest for the mind and body. You'll go insane If you don't take some days and remove yourself from training. That being said.... Don't be taking those days once a week or multiple times in a short span
This is why I'm happy that I don't take the whole super aesthetic thing seriously. I can still the top 4 abs very well and I don't have to eat like an OCD person constantly.
