1 cup of cottage cheese
2 full eggs and 4 egg whites
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a blender.
58 grams of protein
Optional - add natural peanut butter and sugar free syrup after cooking.
