Thx. If I have time to cook, I usually have a cup of steel cut oats and a Spanish omlete. If not, I'll have a protein shake with a cliff bar or greek yogurt.
Not bad. 4 egg whites, load of vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, tomato), slice of ezekiel bread, multivitamin, 20 oz of water. At least to fit my macros

That is my clean bulk breakfast. I dont incorporate my healthy fats in my meals, but rather in between in my 2-3 hour period. I snack on raw nuts (Trader Joe's Go Raw Trek Mix). That includes walnuts, almonds, filberts, and cashews. Getting 2-3 servings of that a day satisfies my daily fat requirements
6oz lean meat like chicken, lean cut of beeg or fish and walnut/ almond mix for breakfast everyday.. i will usually eat this combo for 2-3 of my meals..
