Always purchase London broil that's bright-red in color
Hands down, the worst steak advice I've ever read.
1) London broil is cheap and chewey, atleast get sirloin if you're on a budget.
1-A) beef is rated select, choice, and prime... try a sirloin cut of each
1-B) broscience says the fat & cholesteral is good, thus, Test is generated!
2) bright-red sucks! Get the discounted- day old, leave it in the fringe another day or two, Steak! This is called wet aging. The enzymes break down the meat. I'm not saying leave it in the fridge for 28 days but cook a browned out 5 day old steak steak next to a bright red one and tell me which one you prefer by taste
