Article: BCAA Timing

Good read, but does the size of the athlete not matter to the amount of BCAAs and carbs and whatnot? Why is it "consume ten grams of BCAAs with thirty grams of carbohydrates to create a supremely anabolic environment. " ?
 
I wish I could supplement with extra bcaa's but whenever I do they give me the craps.

Haven't had/heard of this problem. Have you tried just supplementing leucine?

Creatine, magnesium, and cla will do that to me every now and then.
