I used this method of training last summer as part of my cutting cycle.
The workouts were long but had good results with hardly and cardio.
 
German composition training is great for cutting and I plan on using it sometime soon. This looks great for a lean bulk. Whether you're natural or chemically enhanced I think 6-8 weeks of this program will benefit anyone
 
Hmmm. I have been thinking about doing this, I kind of already do in a way.
