That's not what it said. It's just making the point that some things deemed unhealthy are actually beneficial to the body and/or mind in moderation. So don't beat yourself up denying yourself the things you enjoy and crave from time to time , have them occasionally, just don't overindulge.

No way man! I like my interpretation way better! Actually I just figured the joking sarcasm of my response was pretty obvious.
 
Thank you for posting these kinds of articles. I like knowing that I'll continue to get better results than people who search out if getting bombed every week will effect progress.

drinking enough brew to crash out only to have the munchies that keeps me up..which then leads to taco bell which tastes real good when your not sober.
Then crashing out early morning just so I can wake up to my emergency rush to the rest room because of the runs!
Wow...the rest of they day I'm just too hungover to bother to take a shower and too lazy to even go back to sleep.I think i'll just end up slouching in the sofa the rest of the day smelling like crap,feeling like crap,and just not doing crap.;p
 
The beer drinking only works while running exogenous Test. Two drinks of alcohol a day will lower T levels, albeit only a little, but excessive drinkning lowers it substantially (something like 40-50%).

I just wash my 'Ageless Male' pills down with a few Sam Adams. Does that even everything out?
