Its for real, been drinkin a cup of really highgrade chinese gunpowder green tea, 4 times a day after my whey blend drink. For a year now and ya it really helps, my chick couldnt belleve the diff!! My dog drinks it and when licks my face his breath smells like grass ! lol.
