Biggest self sabotager ever: reading a bunch of articles telling you you're doing it wrong. Gotta stop doing that.
 
1 gram per pound is way to much for me, not sure if its because ive already been bigger twice and im working off muscle memory or my metabolism has slowed down. the bottom line is im making gains in weight on very little food these days

Protein won't do that. Excess calories will.
