I go to the gym. I train hard. I sweat my fricking balls off. I talk to no one. I minimize recovery. I maximize recovery. I never have a cheat meal. I count every single macro. I count every single calorie. I use nothing un-natural. I keep a log to ensure I get just one more rep every time I'm at the gym. I work sore muscles up to a point, but back up when I plateau. Funny because some times more rest helps me to break a plateau while other times less rest helps. Not sure what that's about. Unfortunately, I suffer from pre-gym anxiety. My gym is statistically the second most crowded gym in south florida. I anticipate the possible disruptions in my workouts. What if the squat racks are taken? What if I don't get to do the exercises I've been planning to do? Many times there will be 4, 5..6 people sharing a squat rack!i like going ass to grass on squats but as it gets harder I need to have something to protect me in case I get stuck at the bottom ya know? Anyway, does anyone get this? I literally get anxious when I step into the gym and see 100 people using what I need!!
