Article: Are You Partial to Full Range of Motion?

It's been shown partials are great for hypertrophy but come on...whenever I read these articles and they mention the incredibly insanely huge guys using ****ty form it makes me remember...steroids will make you grow..no matter how crappy your form is if you use steroids and lift heavy **** you will grow.

Exactly thats what I was going to say. Everyone find the perfect form once they get on juice. Then they preach about it. What ever... You don't do full range and you leaving some muscle parts untrained making your body more susceptible to injures ones you cross the range you normally train at. Especially with heavy weights.

There's only a few reasons to do partials. At the bottom of a barbell curl is where there's the least resistance to begin with for one. Partials as an entire set can be used to strengthen a weak area in the range of a movement you'd simply need more strength in for performance reasons. Other reasons would be simply because you ran out of gas to do a full rep.
