Article: Are You Doing Too Much Cardio?

Lets be realistic!! Your not going to get ripped (bodyfat at 4-5% or lower) if you don't do cardio (assuming you have a perfect meal plan), plain and simple!!! Now, I would agree it is all about balance, not suggesting 7 days a week of cardio, but definitely more than just "a couple of days" (like 2). If you add "fat burning catalyst" that will help, but will only go so far.
 
if your gym sessions are intense with short rests and u doing splits where u going 5 days a week... 15 minutes of light cardio tacked in on the end is fine... your diet will handle the rest
