it was my understanding that anti inflammitorys blocks secretion of natural anabolic hormones and reduces cell volume which prevents anabolic activity in muscles,

i only skimmed the article but it didnt suggest this point from what i can see, and therefore carbs reducing doms time does not have the same effect even tho they both have reduced muscle soreness,
carbs prevent muscle breakdown and increases recovery
