I dont know about crossfit. Just more HIT but from the way they word "rounds" I can see how a reader would get that feel from it. There aren't nearly as much isolation training in crossfit WODs compared to this workout.
They forgot to mention the intervals are done at sprint pace (obviously since weights are involved safety will have to be taken into account). 4 minutes of bw tabita squats will leave you in a heap, and unable to walk properly for days.
