Biotest, what a joke.
Garbage.
Everyone knows what kind of additional help he had.
And it wasn't from a special blend of herbs and spices.
I'll have to give the workout a run for fun.
Well yes, goes without saying.. Twice a day for 12 weeks need all the help u can get!
Good genetics + Personal trainers + Tons of $ for whatever you need + Don't have to worry about a day job = Anyone could get into fantastic shape
All this supplement talk and it COMPLETELY fails to mention he was consuming 8,000 calories a day, which I have read in numerous articles talking about his transformation. Pretty key information if you were mad enough to follow a programme like this thinking the supplements were going to get you the results, jeez! You're not going to survive the first day if you aren't feeding yourself properly.

plus a real nutritionist isnt going to put his effort in with workouts and supplement advice, hell he'd be hard pressed to associate himself with any supplements as there is no science in med school to back it up unless he was creaming re-sell royalties
I saw the movie last week and it was great. Cooper looked like a typical bulked up athlete like a football player or power lifter who's not concerned with bodyfat. Like when guys would play college football their freshman year and are able to learn how to lift and eat to gain weight. Usually gaining 20-30lbs of which some is bodyfat. His neck looked at least 2 inches thicker than what he looked like in Hangover. As well as his waist. Gaining 37lbs of which about half or maybe 2/3rds was muscle.. I don't doubt that it could be done without assistance but I doubt it. With all those calories there's gonna be a lot of glycogen, water and fat weight.

He gained some fat for sure, but he didn't exactly turn fat. Also, his calories were super high but his training was super frequent, intense, and loads of volume, plus he had further SEAL training on top of the strength program. IMO it's doable, especially from where he started at (186 @ 6'1" for goodness sakes, that's only slightly heavier than I am now and I'm only 5'8", and I'm not anywhere near being that big of a dude).
Lmao my first year of college ball I went from 165 to 185... 32 inch waist to 35! Bc of my ass mostly tho from squatting and deading 3x a week! And the cafeteria obviously
As has already been mentioned, when this is your JOB and you're being paid MILLIONS OF DOLLARS for it, do you REALLY think it would be an insurmountable natural challenge? Cooper is serious about his craft, and I have NO DOUBT he put in 110% effort to achieve this naturally. I don't understand why anyone would assume otherwise unless they are just naturally lazy people without the ability to imagine actual hard work and effort.
No absolutely, but I find it funny how some people seem to assume steroids the moment anyone makes ANY kind of significant physical change.Nothing about his physique in the movie screams steroids.. His arms were actually VERY underwhelming! He was all chest shoulders and legs

While it was enjoyable, well acted/directed and entertaining (on the surface anyway), I really don't rate this movie. It's just FAR too black and white, every Iraqi a super evil villain, every American a hero. Yes, because that's what it's ACTUALLY like over there lol. Good vs evil in its purest form, no innocents, no grey areas. Given Clint's politics though, I can't say I'm overly surprised. There's big departures from Kyle's book here too. There was REAL potential with this film to make a serious statement, and raise some important issues, but at the end of the day it's not much better than Rambo 3 in that respect.
A missed opportunity in my opinion, but it's done exceptionally well at the box office, so no doubt we'll see the inevitable sequel now as Chris Kyle takes on the evil Islamic State in Syria. America, F*ck Yeah!!
I know, I was only joking...But he's dead.. I don't think he's going to Syria
There is no evidence to suggest Cooper took steroids, and no reason to think so based on anything, other than someone simply saying so. Connery was Scottish and I don't think he's one of 'America's favourite actors', and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Elvis was a singer first. Odd examples.Hey America, can you believe that your favorite actors are taking illegal steroids? Why not? Sean Connery wore a toupee in all his James Bond movies. Elvis Presley was a blonde. Believe it.
What I'm saying is that Hollywood actors and celebrities have always done wierd and strange things to change or hide their appearance. Do you really think Justin Beiber got six pack abs from diet and exercise alone? We know he uses party drugs why not steroids? Are we to believe Hugh Jackman got ripped at age 46 without steroids? You can believe that if you want I ain't buying it. Don't lie to me and don't try to sell me worthless supplements that will never give 35 pounds of muscle in weeks. Only one thing has been proven to do that: steroids.

Wow, I thought this was "Anabolic Minds"? I didn't realize that talking about "Anabolic Steroids" would be so repulsive to followers of this forum. It's like I'm talking to virgin ears. Only uninformed people think that all steriods blow you up into Mr. Olympia. Someone like Beiber could easily have taken anavar/primo. Heck, women take them! Not He-Man women, no, chics like Jamie Eason. But whatever, okay I'm suppose to believe that guys like Cooper and Jackman, who are passed their prime, made totally body transformations for movie roles just because they don't have to work another job? Oh wait, that's right, they also took "legal supplements".

Cooper and Jackman had different builds for their individual roles. Jackman may well have done more than just protein and creatine, but Cooper looked more bulked up from heavy eating and lifting under good trainers for some time.
But hey who knows but him and the trainers?
As far as Chris Kyle, I've seen nothing to indicate he was a jerk. He spent time helping other vets.
went thru Seal training at 30
Top sniper in history.
He makes Michael Moore's head explode bigger than his lard ass.
Jerk or not, Mr Kyle has my props.
Moore is entitled to his opinions of course. However, come on now, he rather have soldiers face off face to face as if we were in Roman times in which your front line is essentially expected to be fodder? Lulz.
Saw it, wasnt overly impressed with any of the size tbh.
Try harder
