Article: Aerobics Better For Fat Loss

Also the study assigns an aerobic program relative MHR but no resistance plan relative to 1rm. Only "increase in challenge". Who knows what that means? The subjects were prolly the ones curling in my squat rack last month.
 
I've seen way to many fat aerobics instructors to believe in this study, Instructors that teach 4 plus hour long classes per day. I'd like to see how they measured fat, s this is very difficult to do effectively. Personally in my experience in training and as a trainer no resistance training = minimal fat loss, resistance training plus low carb diet = major fat loss
