Dig! I would love to look more into the whole eat simple carbs if your bf% is low. I kind of lived by that philosophy this summer and I idd not seem to put on any bf%!
 
I'm not quite agreeing on the phosphatidylserine, or any cortisol lowering substance pre workout isn't the best idea. In the body building world, cortisol has been labeled as this evil catabolic hormone, but it actually can help you with your workout. Having lower cortisol generally means giving up quicker on a hard workout. I'd stick to PS post workout rather. Other than that, good article.
