All great points there. I think we all have been guilty of many of these points throughout our lifting careers. For me point #5 (You're Strength Training More Than One Movement) is been something that I have to keep an eye on. I routinely foolishly think I can do more than I really could ;)

I think #7 is the one that most people who aren't "making gainz" screw up. Learning your own body is the key.

#8 should be listed as #1 You're doing crossfit and expecting to get big.

You're following the advice given in weightlifting magazines, etc that are designed for steroid users not natural lifters. That's a mistake I see being done all the ****ing time
