$8M Retail probably equates to ingredients totalling sixty four bucks. Quite a bit of margin in the snake oil business.
 
Amphetamine like substance? FDA is so corrupt. They approve the pharmaceutical Desoxyn for children with adhd and obese patients. Desoxyn is perscribed methamphetamine. So on one hand, the FDA states that meth is extremely dangerous, causing damage to dopamine producing neurons of the mesolimbic pathway, yet they approve of it to be perscribed by children who are too hyperactive? FDA runs off of greed and lobbying, they don't give a crap about the health and well being of anyone. Bet you some big pharma company took interest in DMAA when they saw the 8 million in profits by usplabs

Perhaps the FDA should focus on real threats that kill 1,000, if not millions each year, such as smoking & sugar!!!!

Problem TWO- the Government will let anyone who wants it- no matter how old- get the "morning after pill" but they decide to regulate a product they "think may pose a risk. What a f.u.cked up set of priorities.
