I agree with the HIIT/100s.
I believe you can also do 4-5 sets of 20-25 reps with minimal rest. :)
 
I'm gonna try this once I'm off my bulk for sure. Around march. Run this, diet and alpha mine :O omg time to get shredded again

I love the concept of this and 6 weeks to sick arms. However, unless I am reading it wrong, each workout has like an hours worth of rest period. I have just over an hour to workout every day. Some of the arm workouts took 2.5 hours when using a spotter and spotting a buddy. Would be nice to have a condensed version if I am interpreting the rest periods correctly.
