I think this is for the average Joe. It isn't so much for bodybuilders who already know what we are doing. For the most part average joes who try to restrict their calories eat way to little. Then they gorge themselves with garbage and are back to square one.
 
Having great results just low carbing it with added mct and quality fats.. Scared of implementing a carb up day tho... I'm definitely depleted by now 3 weeks in... But not total keto... Been going heavy on veggies and a daily quest bar
