The carb thing I actually agree with. But enjoy losing a **** load of muscle and strength in the process. IMO it's a last resort to go all out no carbs. So low carbs if anything or carb cycle. All those NBA players who cut out carbs from their diet got really lean as of late but holy **** they lost so much muscle

Carb cycling would be best. If natty, expect to lose a 2:1 ratio of fat to muscle. If on gear, well, it's possible to not lose any muscle in the process. Because of that, those not on PED'S should limit their weight loss cycles to maybe 10-15lbs at a time.
 
rubbish... on the part saying it's not possible to reduce fat in targeted spots. spot reduction.

it's actually proven that you can target the fat on your gut...
 
only avoid chit carbs in my opinion, eat as many quality carbs as you want
