Why would you not be able to burn fat and gain muscle at the same time without steroids? When you say without steroids I assume you mean synthetic steroids and not naturally occurring. I've done it, many people have done it. Before you make ridiculous statements; why don't you try educating yourself a bit better?

Simple: Calorie Surplus=Muscle Gain, Calorie Deficit=Weight loss, muscle gain and Fat loss=genetic freak or steroids.

What if you have a calorie surplus for 2 days then a calorie deficit for 1?

Recomp effect. It's the beauty of a CKD and/or Anabolic diet. Very possible to lose fat and gain muscle. Just takes longer and more dedication. Everyone wants quick gains and quick fat loss, so they tend to ignore this method.

I agree. I just started a TKD and will see how I respond over a good month and may then switch over to a CKD or SKD.

Cycling carbohydrates is a for sure way to build muscle and lose fat if you do it correctly.
