Article: 5 To 1 Strength And Conditioning Plan Part One

Just out of curiosity, why is 5/1 the magic number? Why couldn't you do a 4 to 1 or 3 to 1 if that's what time allows for?
 
Right on time. I work a one week on/ one week off schedule at 12hr shifts. This works perfect! Especially with a young son and newborn coming! This is an awesome program! I normally incorporate a three day a week lifting, 2 days conditioning and 2 off. I will try this approach next!
