Forgot scenario 6 - you're natural so don't put on muscle mass like you did when you were 18. You see people on forums flying by you in terms of gains but think it's because you don't train hard enough, eat right, or get enough rest. Truth is, you get to the point where you only gain so much naturally a year after you've trained for a decade and you will never be as big as some of the dudes on AM that took PH's or AAS over the years. Just chill out and train.

There not talking about ppl who have been training for a decade and close to there potential. There talking about people who eat and train wrong. Usually the problem is not eating enough.
