Article: 4 Weeks To Bigger Back

Good information here. I personally like to isolate things more. Most common back workout movements will use a combination of muscles - and if one group is dominant, they will continue to grow over the less dominant.
 
How effective are you guys finding reverse around the world's? My opinion it is another great back exercise. Also my counts are a bit longer and rep range from 6-9. Never above 9. Opinions? Thanks
