ROFL @ number 3. Almost there, but still not that retardedly disproportionate.

Now all we need is a really good article on how to nail the form for a front squat. If it ain't my wrists, it's my depth that's tanking on the front squats, and I don't know why (considering my back squats are totally fine, depth wise).
 
Well Nice Read but is too much bashing on regular squats ... I say like everything mixed up ... Some people Have wrist , shoulder issues where the front squat it wont be too good. . So mixed up and see ... My self you need both types of squats both work different muscles and not only your butt as its claimed in the article ..Just saying my Peace
 
If you cross your arms in front of you and hold the bar by your clavical it will take the wrist factor out of it, and the bar should rest nicely on your shoulders. Don't see how it can cause pain unless your shoulders are bruised.
