Thank you so much for this article. I have a rotator cuff problem and it's been bothering me a lot. It also interferes with workouts ,but I'm also an mma fighter and throw punches and my shoulder will just get exhausted. Would that bad to keep doing?

BPC-157 might help you to heal/repair your shoulder. Worth researching.
 
Ring dips? It's not like anyone who's serious about ring training just jumps on them without being able to first execute a decent static hold in the support position.
It's called progression. The whole point of the rings is to build those stabilizers up.
 
Those are just plain old poor movements for any kind of strength training period. You can do more damage on the bench press with bad form...
 
I used to call kipping, trouting cuz it looks like a fish on the end of a hook.Nothin bugs me more in the gym than trouters on the chin bar. By doing strict, full hang pull-ups you can develop real good posterior, medial and anterial heads.My delts are ancient, but still going strong cuz of proper form in this movement in particular.They dont even bother me when I do deep weighted dips, a sure sign of healthy deltoids. Pleez dont kip, not even you cross-fit dudes! Who the hell started that?

I've used USP Labs Super Cissus whenever my shoulders have bothered me and it has worked really well. 2 caps with breakfast and 2 with dinner for 30 days seems to do the trick. My shoulders and all my joints feel great with no pain. I think you'll be happy with the results.
