Id remove Glycerol from this list. It is best taking after cutting a lot of water and you need to hold water fast without doing it all with salt. I use to take Glycerol over 15 yrs ago after I would weigh in for a powerlifting meet to hydrate fast. If you are not water deficient it will just bloat you. Much different from an insulin or nitric oxide pump.
Glycerol works best pre- contest when you are fluid depleted, like Chuck said. Unless you have gone 2-3 days with very limited hydration, it just seems to add puffiness and slight bloat. Its kinda finicky, hit or miss kinda thing. Nit-Ox more reliable..in my opinion.
