I love doing facepulls too. One of the best trap development exercises is the incline bench DB shrug, doing them while laying on your stomach, face down. This makes sure that you're hitting the mid traps hard as well. It's one of my favorite moves for traps besides IYTW's with DB's. A very thick upper back is key to a good physique.

I just did IYTW for the first time and will now be adding it my regular routine.
