Really interested in applying this Im jjst thinkimg aboutnthe weight I would need to use, something tjats appropriate for the rep range however somethung that will test me would i be right in saying the 30 rep set should use a 65% 1RM weight and increase that to 80% as I lower the reps to 15?

Now I wouldn't call myself bro, but I do drink Cell-Tech with every meal and have my bros punch me in the stomach after I work abs.
 
Since when is 30 reps considered to be super high reps? Recent studies have shown that if sets are taken to failure, it males no difference to how much size you gain. Heavier weight, low reps gained more strength & higher reps with less weight increased muscle endurance. Both are useful.
