Article: 100 Rep Squat Workout

I've been trying to build my lower body for the past 4 years but I've always had stability issues. I could stack 20 plates on the leg press but would fall back when I put 65 pounds on my shoulders to squat. Hopefully this helps.
 
Need to remove that photo. His posture and form is atrocious....asking loudly to get hurt with a few more pounds.
