So, my doctor is changing my TRT plan and will be adding Aromasin at 3.25mg every three days.
He's mentioned a few potential side effects, but just wanted to get some feedback about how likely or bad these side effects are from people who have actually used it?

Usual stuff like nausia, headaches etc, but then...
Lipids
Loss of bone density
Decreased sex drive
Lethargy
Insulin resistance

I haven't noticed any of those things, personally. But I rarely need to use it.

One of the side effects of vitamin c is anal leakage.

The side effects on that list only happen for a small amount of people, and it usually because they lowered there estrogen too much. The biggest worry is usually lipids and even that should not be an issue at all here

Aromasin is mild and very forgiving. 3.25mg is a fraction of a dose. I wouldn't worry at all, In fact you may find out you need a slightly higher dose to control estrogen as they are starting you very low

I'm actually surprised they prescribed you that. Adex is there go to, most won't go with exem but aromasin/exemestane is a better option for most people who just need mild estrogen control

My estrogen has been out of whack since I was first diagnosed at 15 and every time I've changed type or dose my estrogen has shot up. So I think this is to prevent rather than cure
