Aromasin or Arimidex for PH cycle.

would want to know what is in your opinion the best AI for a cycle with alpha 1 max, I've heard adex is better but I worry possible sides in cholesterol and blood pressure.
Which look better between these two ai? adex if you choose, they would take precautions to mitigate its sides?
