Aromasin for gyno?

I'm about 3 months off a Sust cycle. Have a small lump in my right nip.

I've hear/read that letro has been shown to help reduce gyno (along with nolva). But I know letro is pretty harsh.

Has anyone had success with using Aromasin/Exemestane for their gyno? If so, can you tell me how you dosed it? I'll take it along with nolva.

Thank you.

Aromasin is an AI meaning it blocks the conversion of test -> estrogen. It will not block the binding of estrogen to your nipple area. You need a SERM like nolva for that. Serms stop the binding, AIs block the conversion. Together you're gtg but AIs don't work well by themselves.

A formed lump that has been left alone you need to combat differently than if it were just symptoms. In your case you could run a low dose of letro with an AI for estrogen rebound, you could run something like Ralox, or you could try nolva.

Gotcha man yea I am taking nolva now but from everything Ive read I gotta take an AI as well to hopefully get rid of the lump.

When you say a "low dose of letro with an AI for estrogen rebound", are you saying after finishing letro, switch to a different AI? Sorry I got confused there

Any AI will work, but you just need something to keep estrogen from rebounding.

How bad is the lump (describe it's characteristics) and how long has it been there for?

It's larger than a pea, but smaller than a marble. Painful/sensitive, especially to the touch. Not super hard. But I can definitely feel it and my right nip is definitely bigger than my left one.

It wasn't there when I finished PCT early August. I can't say the exact date I noticed it, but definitely have had it over a month at this point. So I would say it's been there anywhere from 1-2 months.

Nolva @ 20mg ED until it greatly improves. This usually happens within the first 7-10 days. At this point in time, you can choose to drop down to 10mg of Nolva ED until the lump is gone. After it appears to be gone, run Nolva at 10mg EOD for another 4 weeks.

Exemestane - use it alongside the Nolva at 12.5mg EOD until the lump appears to be gone. At this point in time, drop the dose down to 6.25mg EOD. Continue use of the AI two weeks past your last Nolva dose.

Letro works well but it's awful while you're on it. No estrogen sucks

Ok thanks guys. From everything I've read it seems letro is preferred but I know from experience its really harsh. Wasn't sure if Exemestane was a viable alternative.
Thanks for the dosing protocol.
