Aromasin dose for First Cycle?

Hey guys I was just wondering what would be a good starting dose for Aromasin? I'm running a 12 week cycle of Test E only. Also should I start the Aromasin the day of the first injection or should I wait a bit to start it?

You might want to wait till week 3 or 4 to start 12.5mg eod, I started taking it week 1 and it made me irritable and joints feel like ****.
