Aromasin dose for 250mg test E / week

Finally decided to go and cruise on 250mg test e a week, and planning to run aromasin alongside from the beginning to take zero risk with E2.

Although everyone responds differently and dialing in the right AI dosage depends on individuals, what would be the proper dosage corresponding to that test dose?

I'm at around 13% bodyfat, 177lbs for 5'10'', so not a lot of fat for T to aromatize.
 
I'd say 6.25 eod is a good starting point. You'd need mid cycle blood work to know for sure
 
Looks like there is a consensus on the dose!

I will do bloods after 1 month to see where that puts me. Is that enough for the esther to have settled and stabilized?

Would you start it along with the first injection?

I have pervious gyno so to play it safe I always start my Ai with my the first cycle of anything. No ****ing around for me, I just run a higher dose
 
I caught mine the day the lump formed so I upped the Aromasin, did 40mg Nolva for a week and 20 ed since. That was about a month ago and thankfully it's almost gone. I had 60 tabs of Nolva on hand that I figured I'd never need because I blast and cruise but I'm glad I did. I'll take them till it's gone. I got 100 more just in case
 
I do 12.5mg EOD. I am on sust. I have to lower the dose sometimes though because of libido. Once morning wood is back I know im g2g
