Arom-x rde

I came across an old bottle of Arom-x Ride tablets. The expiration date is 5/2014 and they appear to be slightly discolored with brown specs on them. I forget what they look like new and I'm debating taking them. I just don't want to let this bottle go to waste! Any suggestions?

They will be fine assuming they haven't been left in the heat. The brown specs are normal.
