dude, did you even look at the year on this thread? I havent seen CRUSH around since about 3-4 months after i joined. Sad, he had tons and tons of info and experience it seemed like.

I tried Crush and was really dissapointed with the pump it gave me.

Same here.. Its more of a small energy boost that lasts for a long time...

You guys should really look into After Glow: Includes 20 grams of Hydrolyzed whey isolate, 10g of Glutamine, 1g Kre-Alkalyn, Anti-Cortisol, BCAA and tastes better than any product i've tried.
