Max Score if one:
deadlift 340lbs 3 reps in 5 minutes. Trap bar ok to use.
throw a 10lb medicine ball 12.5 meters backwards.
complete 60 hand-release pushups in 2 minutes
complete 20 hanging knee tucks in 2 minutes
run two miles in 13.30
in 4 minutes complete 5x50meters sprint-drag-carry using two 40lb kettle bells for the carry and 90lb sled for the drag.
 
Yeah I’d heard the army was putting the deadlift into this, but I didn’t know what the rep/weight goal was. Certainly a whole lot different that the USMC cft.

A lot of this stems from Matt Wenning’s work with the Rangers about 10 years ago. He got hold of an entire Battalion and had them stop the typical APFT (running 2 miles, push-ups, sit-ups) and focus on strength and power movement, such as deadlifts, squats, military press, farmers carries, all that good stuff. When they deployed a few months later, their injury rate for the deployment went down dramatically.
