Arm size is a by product of overall body weight, you will never see a guy with 20 inch arms @ 165lbs
U used the one i posted?I can’t say I would agree 100% to this statement ... Although it is true to a degree, I've seen some pretty little guys (Natty) sporting a narley set of guns! Genetics definitely plays a role, as does overall body weight as you mentioned, but i would go as far as saying it is a direct product of such and such.
Also, I've personally tried a type of the talked about arm workout and did in fact gain 1", but it took 4-5wks. 12 days? Highly doubtful; unless as some have suggested your using PHs or AAS.
Just my thoughts,

I know i might sound a little like an amature asking this, but could somebody give me an example of their 5x5 workout? i realize that its 5 sets of 5 reps and all, but im just not very familiar with this program and the preferred lifts for this kind of workout. I've never tried it and it sounds like a great mass builder since everybody's doing it. lol

Seriously all these posts about gaining inches to your arms in weeks? I won't believe any of this without before an after pics, and I would only belive this if it was a noob on superdrol eating 10000 calories a day, if you could gain inches so quickly with all these programs we would all switch back and forth between and have enourmous arms. Arm development takes time and it helps to have good genetics...someone show me proof because I would love to add a full inch
I'm with you 100% in regard to 1" within a weeks time without PH or AAs assistance (which I find to even still be unrealistic). 1week- come on! Personally, it’s just another "click" ad like the on you see claiming you can ripped in 4wks time. lol. ALL bull****, IMO.
That said, however, 4wk-6wks is a bit more realistic ... 1: I've personally done it years ago (natty) myself, and 2: as long as the individual is not a complete newbie, his/her diet is spot on, and their WO routine is solely focused on arm growth I CAN”T say 1" gains are impossible. In fact, given what I have said and my past experience in gaining 1" in my arms over a 4wk to 6wk period, I would conclude the "topic" absolutely possible (naturally); but NOT under the original factors and variables initially described; like time constraints (1wk for instance).
Like i said ealier .... I've done it. I was shocked and almost didnt believe myself, but measuring tapes doesnt lie. & also let an always allow an objective thirst party to take the measuring cold.

i do skull crushers for tris and when im done i really feel it... is that a good workout for them?
that is interesting, i neglect my forearms completely- i feel they get enough work everyday with each exercise.... Any recommendations on a quick but effective forearm/grip exercise that works the every muscle?
