There are quite a few older threads on this compound, and what I would consider a lot of confusion on it.

Benefits?

Mild to low AI?
Keeps cortisol in check?
Dry's you out?

Any common side effects?

It seems to be a more popular product for those preventing and or prone to gyno during and after cycle.

Through my cutting and dieting I've pulled a bottle out of my closet 50mg the first 2 days and 100mg thereafter. My goal with it is to help my diet and gains to stay dry.

Open to discussion.

there is nothing wrong with keeping cortisol low when dieting. and frankly even if it only keeps your estrogen with in low normal limits via aromatase inhibition, that's still a win while dieting. now as for your statement about people using it to thwart or stop gyno?..... no. not even once. I would only consider the stuff that literature supports its use. I don't find much in the way of compelling evidence with 3,5,7

I agree. I'm not sure why others have used it to treat gyno - it may be marketing schemes from companies in the forums.

Obviously DOSAGE matters when it comes to AI and results I have seen in reports concerning this supplement. Some it brings down 15 points, others more.

As it does lean you out visually and possibly promotes other hormonal effects - it sounds good to go.

I would love to hear any other opinions.

Anyone else on this topic? So far on a clean diet with 1 cheat meal end of day a week I've actually sustained my weight with lifting and cardio while cutting down fat. This could be my genetics, can not be my diet as I'm caloric deficit right now.

Always curious as to what it does to lipid levels (if anything) if dosed normally?
I'm not sure. There is limited research and even more limited reviews as far as solo supplements. It seems like a "throw it in there supp, with a bunch of others"

Im at 100mg daily, dosed 2 times.

It is most often used as an otc ai for mild cycles. It’s effectiveness is debatable so I would always suggest if using it for that purpose always having a prescription strength ai on hand for back up just in case. I am going to be running an Ostarine cycle soon and plan on using Arimicare Pro as my support. It has Arimistane it it. Arimistane is a proven effective cortisol reducer more than it is an ai imo.

Makes perfect sense. I do believe its helping in keeping me dry. More to say in the future.

This. Could it help for a mild cycle, sure. However, I wouldn't rely on it, or any other OTC product to reduce estrogen. Arimistane, DHAA, and ashwagandha are great for cortisol, but not estrogen. I would also have aromasin on hand, just in case.

I agree. I am also on 150 mg a week trt too so I am more susceptible to estrogen issues. I had my dr call in an ai to have in hand just in case. He called in Anastrozole 1 mg tablets. I am only going to take them if I start having estrogen sides on the Osta cycle. If I do have sides on the Osta, what dosage and frequency would you recommend to start taking of the Anastrozole?
