Arimistane addition to TRT

Hello hello. I have a question. My father has been on trt (gel) for 12 months now. He is noticing some great results (he is 64). His estrogen is high but just barely and he notices occasional but not consistent nipple sensitivity. He does notice a softer appearance tho. I understand arimistane is quite weak estrogen wise but does seem to mitigate some nipple side effects in some people as well as dry people out. Thoughts on arimistane being a cheap easy solution for him?
For what it’s worth prostate cancer does run in the family and he does have elevated PSA levels (not super high but elevated) however his doctor doesn’t seem too concerned and monitors it pretty close. Would arimistane affect the test gels effects on PSA for better or worse?

Arimistane does nothing for my estrogen, no changes whatsoever. I believe it's water reduction effect comes from it lowering cortisol. He may benefit from dim or 6oxo as a over the counter solution

Same. Arimistane won't do the trick. 6-OXO should definitely work. Virtus is a good OTC option too.

His chief complaint is puffiness so that’s why I was thinking arimistane but I will look into the others.

Apex Arimahex will work for this and the best part is that it would keep his epi-test ratio in spec which will help him feel his best.

its on sale BOGO right now too!!
