I just started running my first cycle of Test E 2 weeks ago, at 300mgs once a week. When should I start taking Arimidex (1mg)? Before my cycle ends or after? I'm 6'2" 220 10-12% bf.

For me personally, I would not need any Adex at 300mg/week. Now that's just me. But I say play it by ear man. If you feel you are holding water, have any nipple sensitivity, .5mg e3d is a good starting point.

Why only once per week injections? E4d would keep test levels more constant. 7 days is pushing it.

Since it's my first time on any kind of cycle, I didn't want to jump right into it but mostly, everyone I talk to says once a week is a good starting point. I do however, have people telling me I need more also. It just takes 3-4 days to get the soreness to wear off lol. I also haven't had blood work done in the last 6 years, so I'm super paranoid to screw up my system. Thanks for the advice. I'm open to anything you have to say.

300mg per week is fine. Hell I have been on 350mg of Prop for a while and feel about as good as I did on 500-600 of Cyp.

I just like the idea of splitting it up to 150mg e3d or e4d. Gotta rotate those locations!!! Get ambidextrous haha!!
