Arimidex on cycle

I'm planning my first test cycle at 500/week for 12 weeks.

Pct will be the standard Clomid, DAA, and Erase.

My big question is on arimidex. I'm interested in hearing experienced users' opinions. Do you dose only at onset of estrogen related sides, or do you dose regardless of sides? I'm leaning towards the conservative side and waiting to see what my sides are like. I'd welcome an argument for the other way though.

Also, is TUDCA a necessity while on adex?
